This is Amos.
He is a strong coon hunter with a great bawl on track and chop on tree. Deep voice.
Amos is a very focused hunter. Great nose, great drive and great heart. He is also a very easy going pet. A more loving hound would sure be hard to find! And so would finding a direct Grandson of Hunter's Famous Amos!
Would have liked to have competition hunted Amos but he came to live with us as an older hound with no exposure to such things. He was heavily pleasure hunted. He continues to be my favorite hound to hunt with. He will really get out in the woods from you when turned out. Will check in about every 45 minutes.
He is certified OFA GOOD
Amos is now retired from all things except pleasure hunting with us.
